You should put in "Adjustment of Status". There are couple of other threads with the same question. Please check them before you fill out the application.

Second Fingerprint My wife got her second fingerprinting done on Dec. 13. Anyone going for the second time, let the person taking your fingerprints (or their supervisor) know that you previous fp were rejected. This way they will make an effort to take better fingerprints.
