Brief history;
I have already paid my lawyer $4000 of a $7000 bill. She has not been a very good lawyer and I have an explicit paper trail of her incompetence and lack of knowledge.
With no notice, my lawyer failed to appear at my interview in NYC in Feb 2004...

Can I also call the 800 number and inform the USCIS of this so they dont send any more info to him?

I think that legally, technically, you are eligible to work as soon as your case is approved.

you can get an IRS print out/transcript-- to verify your tax rets were filed-- automatically by calling the IRS 800 XXX 1040 number. I can't remeber the xxx but google does
it's a menu system-- you need your social secirtuy # address etc and you order each year separately
