    I think the answer to this is that it depends on the particular postman. But why not keep your current mailing address if the move is really temporary and have someone pick up the mail.

    Presumably they would not have interviewed her if it hadn't cleared yet. Regardless, since she has been interviewed, she can sue after 120 days.
