Early approvals is a pipe dream. Things will move at their whims and fancies.

It is the height of stupidity.. I run a check for Sept 16th cases on excel, none is even approved.

I-140 around Sept 16th? Anyone in or around Sept 16th? There do not seem to be any approvals around that date.. My ND is 16th Sept.

Re: Nov 26th cases I think all our papers will be in a big-big-big pile, they will pick some up from middle if they feel like or top if they are lazy. Fate of poor folks like us who are waiting - probably, ours are at the bottom of the pile (if lucky - they will be found after lot of persuation...

I sent the 485 complaint (from this site) to my local senator and I got a canned reply that I believe everyone else got saying that they will not interfere in the working of the immi service. I do not see why we would get a different response or a response at all this time... I am with the group...

Does 'nt the fact that that the H1 quota has reached mean that all 65000 H1's have been approved? I mean assume they say 65000 quota reached, and then realise that 100 or so cannot be approved (for whatever reason!), then they have under issued. My point is that probably they have completed...

Can we find out how many I-140's were filed monthwise and how many were approved? Well! My RD is 9/10/2003 and ND is 9/16/2003 - trying to figure out how far in the queue I am. ;)

Question about RD and ND Hi, my RD is 8/10/2003 and RD is 8/16/2003. The dates shown all over are for ND or RD? :confused:
