rmandiga, if you know answer please let us know you guys are lucky that you got finger prints already once 140 is approved for you guys your all set but for EB3 what's our position then we have to wait for fingerprints just kidding....

guys, i just want to share few words i applied labor from NY city in sept 2001 and still its in state DOL only, after that it has to go to regional and to approve it may take 6 more months i applied from another state now but just i am telling you guys that your are lucky people compare...
