Aug RD RFE issued Dec 4th (Emp. letter) . Replied and received by INS on Dec 19th. It was assigned back to the officer on Jan 21st. Have been calling the IIO every other week. Reply every time - PENDING with the officer!:( :mad: Sick and Tired of checking the on line and AVM status!

INSFAN, Don't worry .. You are right! I don't think it is possible for the derivative's case to be approved first. Most probably your status has not been updated. Why don't you call the IIO today and find out. I am positive your case also has got approved. Let us know what you find out.
