My PD is July 31st, 2002. Case number is P-04307-*****. CA, EB2 RIR. I did nota hear any thing about my approval. I am not sure in about the priority by which the PBEC is processing the cases.

I did not accept two opportunities for promotion. I spoke to our legal counsel and he told me that though the promotions are in the same department, if in my current position I do not have subordinates and in the new position I have subordinates, it may cause a problem.
