    one more question..who issues the EAD ? Is it the DO which in my case would be chicago..or is it MSC ? and isnt the MSC the same as NBC ?

    Question about I-130

    I filed my AOS paperwork in Jan '06. i am waiting for my EAD. How come i can see the status online for my I-765 and my I-485, but not my I-130. It just says that status for this application cannot be found at this time. Is this something i should worry about ?

    Real quick question for everyone. How long does it take for them to process someones EAD after they recieved the RFE ? They recieved mine on March 2nd and im still waiting...no updates online or anything....also i dont see any status for my I-130. im assuming they update it after they schedule...
