is there any thought if F2B category in the philippines will be back to 1996? It moved back for almost 4 years!!! And its disappointing. Imagine, we're only waiting for months, now its years again! ;-(. is there is still hope for us waiting for years here??

i belong to F2B family based category. And I was terribly shocked to see that the PD moved back for almost 4 years!!! It's crazy!! Our PD is Sept. 96. I thought we will just be waiting for a couple of months ( July PD was Jul 8'96) . then suddenly this happened. I wonder what would happen then...

thanks ! Cause i was just wondering mid last year, we were asked to accomplish the documents needed for the process of our papers and sent it over to the visa center. They told us to just wait for the medical and interview date . I just hope the process for priority dates gets to move faster...
