my suggestion to both of you is to write a letter to your local congressman.. Write a polite letter. Explain that you are a legal immigrant and trying to play by the rules. You are suffering because of this delay..

Today morning my case appears as Certified on the BEC website... My PD is July 2004/EB3/India.. Attorney Oh has reported that the BEC has 11000 cases pending as of now. Many cases are waiting for 45 day response.( Surprise !!) Many cases are waiting NOF response.. Some in final review... If...

Congratulations on your approval...With the PD you have, it is very likely you would be able to file in Oct for 485.. You should get the documents in order... For our education, can you describe the appeal process ? The relevant URLs whatever are available would be helpful..
