I agree
Again..... couldn't stop from writing. My close friend is the best example...A company applied for Labor on his name and once it got approved they played a big skit and finally sold that labor to someone. Not sure how much they have auctioned it for though. So, think "N"umber of times...
some thing to work on
I agree with ginuu, that is a good option and more importantly you have to file your labor ASAP. I think it is time to find out how soon your present company can start the process and this is very important for you to be eligible for 7th year extension. I have been through...
My 2 cents
Hi AN74,
Going through some thing like that is really painful. I wanted to throw my 2 cents here as I have already burnt my hands with a situation like this. Make sure you have an answer for each question below...
1. How credible the new company is?

Hi,
Please forgive me if it is a stupid question...but would like to know the comments. Will there be any difference in the processing times if the sponsering company is a government agency????
curious.
Don't be a victim
The only way you can tell if your LC is already used or not is if you can really see the original.
I reallly wanted to comment on this.......If you are told by an employer that they will file your I-140 using an already approved LC, Please be cautious because, these SOB's...
Hi,
I appreciate if some body can comment on this. Until one of my friend told me that we can not have multiple 485's filed with different LC's I was under the impression that we can file any numbers of Green cards on behalf of a person as long as they are applied through different labors...
