I have received fingerprint notice for citizenship application. My question is: How long does it take the INS to check my fingerprint and when should I receive the interview notice ?

But the link above is the one that got me confused in the first place. It only says 'documents' but did not specify what kind of documents...
My got my permenant residency on Oct, 2000. Can I submit my N-400 application now or I have to wait until Oct ? If I can submit my N-400 application now, do I say in the application form that I have already been on PR for 5 years or more ? Thanks.
The Naturalization Guide says I need to submit two photos and documents along with my N-400 application when I apply for citizenship.
What documents do I need to submit along with my N-400 application (besides two photos and a check for application fee) ?
