I agree. Everyone in my company who got a 45 day letter this year got approval within 20 days of response of the letter.

one person in my company having PD Nov 2003 got approval on April 14th, he got his 45 day letter in March.

its 45 thats why its called the 45 day letter, it has to be responded to within 45 days of receipt, otherwise they close the case.

spp1234, You are trying to make sense our of DBEC actions based on order of case numbers and receipt of 45 day letters. I think its of no use since we have NOT seen any pattern conforming to case numbers or priority dates. Time will come when it will come. Not sure what that means for us...

Since your case never went to the regional office. You gotta stand in line with cases from other states which never went to their regional offices as well. There are cases from 2001 which are waiting for the 45 DL, let alone be certified. So chill out and wait for your due turn. The wait sucks I...
