    TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

I may be wrong.... Well, I may have read wrong from another article. But, then, what is the number I have in my hand? I believe 300 is, provided that it is true, just the rate of approval, not receipt....

    TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

By looking at pending cases..... I haven't figured out how USCIS assigns the case number to each case. I just typed the case number one by one....and all of those nearby numbers with pending I-485 application had the same receipt date as mine. That's how I figured out it. Out of my 3000...

They are doing basically the same work as I have done.... They also watch the case statuses of USCIS website as I have done, but more efficiently by using computers, if my understanding is correct. However, recently, their data doesn't seem to be reflecting the most recent approval trends.

Try typing receipt numbers plus minus 50 from yours...... Some of you will remember my previous post about how many percentage of I-485 applicants are getting approved within 3 months, how many within 6 months, and then how many for pending. I found that data by doing this. I started from...

    TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

Let's get back to the 'TRACKER'..... This thread is a T.R.A.C.K.E.R thread. It was originally for posting applicants' change of case status including the approvals. We even have had the MS EXCEL file of the tracker. However, nowadays, no one seems to be caring about the tracker itself. No one...

    TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

I'd love to, but..... The tricky part about this inquiry is that an applicant cannot make an official inquiry about his/her case until 30 days past the processing time. That's why. Before that date, all we can do is just wait.

I also agree As others above already mentioned, talking about this namecheck in this forum on and on and on would be the waste of time except for those who are new to this matter (so, we still might have to have some kind of organized basic info about the namecheck for new comers). We now...

Any grace period between employers on AC21?

One more question.... Thanks all for your information. I have one more question about the beginning date of AC21 portability. Does it start from the receipt date of I-485? Or does it start from the approval date of I-140? My I-485 receipt date is July 2006. However, My I-140 was approved at...

Any grace period between employers on AC21?

So, is it ok? So, let me summarize it. Since I have a pending I-485 case more than 180 days with an approved I-140, I can remain in legal status even if I leave my current employer. Also, in case of RFE or NOID from USCIS, I will still have 120 days (for RFE) or 30 days (for NOID) to submit...

Any grace period between employers on AC21?

Hi, I have a question. As you can see, I filed my I-485 on July 2006 and my I-140 is already approved. I believe that by January 2007, I am going to become eligible for AC21 portability. I plan to change my job after a few weeks (when I become eligible). But, here comes my question...

Under namecheck officially.... As of today, I am also joining the 'so-called' namecheck club... :( I called TSC and was told that my wife's and my cases are 'UNDER REVIEW'. The agent kindly explained that 'UNDER REVIEW' means the namecheck is not completed. It appears that another waiting...

Don't give up hope yet.... I don't think you should give up hope yet. It's been just two months since you filed your I-485 and, furthermore, your case was transferred from NSC to TSC which makes the process usually longer. So, I believe that your case is still within the time frame of initial...

Congratulations!!! Congratulations on your approval!!! It appears that TSC is currently working on those cases received on May (since almost last 3 out of 5 approvals came from May applicants). There have been some cases which were filed later but approved earlier, though. May, June applicants...
