My guessing is that the most people of that 80% are the applicants under 245i. I really did not see that much denied cases from Phily DOL thread. After the state SESA, where did the 245i applicants go? They go to the same DOL, right? I am not sure.

AVM is working now. I just called. The only difference is that they ask emloyer tax number instead of employer phone number first. I tried several time tax number which are all not right, then the system automatically goes to ask employer phone number as before.

Just find another number, by which we can speak to the people at Philly DOL. It is 215-861-5250. I tried to leave a messege there just to let them know that Philly AVM is down. It may not be working. But this number do give me some weekly updated general info about RIR case...

The automated phone system at Philly DOL 215-861-5286 has NOT worked since the begin of this week. I have tried tens of times. Very sorry to know this, labor_2002. Now the only thing we can do is to pray and to keep our hopes. I still believe that ALL of us can eventually get our GCs.

Hi Etchoneb, For EB2/RIR with DOT Code 030(software eng.), it may take a little bit more than 2 months in Phily DOL. Some other dot code may be faster, say about 15~20 days. This is not too bad. After all we have waited for a loooooooong year to just see a light in SESA VA. So these two...
