Notarized copies should do! Never send originals. You might need them for some other things. Affidavits should be original.

Applying logic to approvals I for one, don't think that any logic can be applied to the INS Nebraska center processing. My painful experience: when you apply logic, you are only setting yourself up for disappointment.....

Isn't that the same thing? I am not quite sure but if a service center in NSC's jurisdiction approves a case that should automatically imply that NSC has indeed lifted the freeze on approvals. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.....
