I got my finger printing done on 08/2002. I did get approved on Feb 22nd. I guess there is no pattern for their approvals. They seem to pick the files from a dumpster and process them....
Applying logic can be disheartening. Please refrain from logic....:)

I got my stamping done in Cinti, OH last week. The list of documents you need are:
1. The courtesy copy
2. Two photographs(the INS type)
3. Any EADs/Advance Parole
4. Passport
5. I-94 (they'll take it from you)
6. I was not asked for the Social security card or driver's...

The online case status said that the approval notice was mailed on Feb 22, 2003. I talked to my attorney...
Applying logic to approvals
I for one, don't think that any logic can be applied to the INS Nebraska center processing. My painful experience: when you apply logic, you are only setting yourself up for disappointment.....
Isn't that the same thing? I am not quite sure but if a service center in NSC's jurisdiction approves a case that should automatically imply that NSC has indeed lifted the freeze on approvals. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.....
