Let me know if your FP notice came from VSC or NSC, thanks If it comes from NSC, does that mean your processing center changes to NSC or does it still remain VSC?

RD 10/01/2001 ND 11/20/2001 (VSC) Waiting for FP Notice - Kansas City FYI, I saw a post - someone in Kansas City who had RD in 08/15 got FP notice 01/15/2002 (VSC) (5 months) for 2/12/02 appointment. so I guess I might have to wait till March 1 to get a FP notice.

Does the AVM get updated once you get your FP notice?  

Did you ask IIO at VSC why they transferred the case to NSC? Does your company have any NSC connections (address, company headquarters address, or some other?)

If I want to change jobs to a new position in the same company and new title after 180 days of RD of I 485, can I use AC 21, what are the risks? Is EAD necessary before I change jobs? Company is not likely to call the new job as a job under the same terms and conditions as the old one.

My I-140 was approved in Sep , 2001 (I had opted for AOS) and My I-485 is on file since Oct 1, 2001. From the discussion board, I am hearing that even if one opts for AOS, the I 140 might be approved for CP?? If so how do I find out? thanks

I have my I 485 on file in Vermont (since 2 months). Now I have been offered a position (promotion) from a Program Manager to a Manager - job description is the same, just that the Manager position needs two more years of experience. My attorney says that if the company is OK with the job change...

This status is very confusing There seems to be more detail but the most important detail is missing - Where is the current processing date for the final green card approval?

How long is it taking for receipt notices to come?  

MD 09/28 Received receipt Mail Date: 09/28/2001 Receipt Date: 10/01/2001 Notice Date: 11/20/2001 Did not apply for EAD I got the receipt from my attorney on Dec 4.

Check cleared on 11/26 MD was 9/28
