Same here. Received a query (prevailing wage related) from IL SWA in Feb 2005 and replied immediately. In April 2005, employer received the 45 day letter from DBEC which makes me think IL SWA okayed it and sent it to regional and hence I am through state. Am I correct in this assumption?
