need to return to india i am 99.99% sure that u have to go back to india to restart ur clock , thats the problem of most people on a lot of forums and hence a lot people are trying for schools outside of usa or they go for their mba's in their 4 or 5 year.

AVM has been updated. i was tracking a case 09559350 4/7,i am not sure whose it is, it says it has been certified yesterday, can someone who has the database give us the update. thanks guys me.

I94 supersedes visa date I am sure that in all cases the date on your I94 supersedes the date on your visa u could have a visa for 6 months and get a i94 for a year and u won't be out of status . just make sure u have enough documentary evidence to prove it i.e take a copy of ur 194 before u...
