    you are correct, No RFE, No transfer. As a matter of fact, I stopped checking the status a few days back. A friend of mine who remembered my EAC numbers checked and informed me this morning. I promptly checked them on my own and there it was !! Good luck to all

    Mavishka, The only problem with that article is that it is dated May, 2000. I sent an email to my paralegal at Murthy asking her to find out if any other memo has superseded(sp?) this one on this issue. I am still waiting.....
