I'm currently on my OPT till July 30th 2009. I am working part time for an LLC in the capacity of Marketing Assistant. Can I apply for my H-1 based on the above employment? If not, what other options do I have to stay in the US? Thanks so much in advance for all your help! :)- 212Question
