Can an issued Labor Certification be Revoked, if there are now U.S. workers and I-140 is pending?
My question is if a complaint with the DOL by a U.S. worker who is laid off by a company in favor of a Green Card applicant could lead to revoking of a Labor Certification if I-140 is pending. I would be very grateful for an answer!
