I am in H1 right now and got approved until Sep'06(not stamped). I am going to India. If I use AP when I come back, Can I continue being in H1, since I am going to be with same employer.(who filed GC and H1)

The only advantage is, once she gets the stamping in her PP, then she can go and come back to US anytime until it expires... (don't worry about AP) That's why.
