H1 Transfer
My new company applied for my H1 transfer on 31st Jan 2006. I have a EAC number, when I checked on INS site, it said it was submitted on Jan 31, 2006, but till yet I didn't get approval. I also checked the status of my petition, they said its in process. Can any one tell me, why its taking...- mak1972
