    PD- EB3 jul 2003 I-140- RD - jan 13 07 I-140 AD pp - june 13 I485, I765, I131 Filed - jul 17 2007 Cheque cashed - sep 11 2007 EAD - card productin orderd on sep 15th 2007 I have an LUD on I-140 on 08/05 and LUD on I-485 09/11, 09/14. Any idea why there is an LUD on I-140 ?

    Urgent - Travel without AP Approval in Hand.

    I think there is an option of getting emergency AP from the locak USCIS office on emergency events. Check with USCIS
