Can my child visit the US after filing I-130
If I file to bring my child here as the child of a PR after several years marriage to USC does she need to file anything every time she comes to visit on vacation. The 2nd preference are maybe 6 years away from a GC so she may want to attend colledge here next year. She is 16 now.- out_of_uk
