PD 5/98 RD 5/20/01 ND 8/1/01 FP Nov 7 AVM says FP received, pending review

the dates went current i think only in june  

cmon nobody else spoke with an IIO, the lines are engaged  

 

it takes 2-3 weeks, mine was updated in around 15/19 days

avm says fp has been collcted and is under review, VSC is doing a good job of updating the AVM for fingerprinting. Way to go VSC. hopefully this will free up other resources which can then be utilized to review the actual applications

check ur options not paying mught damage the credit history for ur wife, u dont want that , if u have plans of staying here long. i kno 4k is a large amount, i had to pay 2k , it hurt. But its ur decision.  try appealing to the dean and see....

same happened to me had to shell 2k, coz i was 1 week late to cancel the class. it was bad. They didnt give me an option.

when was the fp date and when did u check avm how long does it take for avm to get updated

if he applies loss of pay for 2 mths what happens when... he gets an RFE for payslips

a pattern looks like the officer waits till a complete year gets over from the ND date, (something similar happened to a friend) and then issues an RFE for employment letter. so maybe ND Nov guys may get RFE\'s for employment letter next month. just a thought.

RD is considered when approving 485 and not ND, in that case whats the use of ND at all

that makes sense that makes good sense, looks like with the current scenario A B C you should get urs by the year end eh? my RD is may end and ND is horribly far at early august. hopefully i should get it by may 02. thnx for the input. i appreciate it.

just curious, i have seen a lot less EB3 cases than EB2 cases on this site where people say they got their AD. Are there any popele out there which are EB3 and who are getting the AD on par with EB2 people. My understanding was EB category doesnt matter after application for 485

in the final stages whats considered the ND or RD, the reason i ask is coz during the mail frontlog problem a lot of people got RD and ND 2 months apart for ex:people who have RD in april 20 have ND in july 12 but some people whose RD is july 1 have ND july 10th. so just wanted to know.
