I lost my pasport and I-94. and got a new passport without original visa stamp. Can I return using AP and this new passport? Thanks

It's a long story about my case. The PD entered is not acurate. I even don't know the exact PD date! AS of the FD, I dont have the receipt on hand. it's around the end of March. Looke like if you got fingerprint, it's not too far away to get approved. Good luck to all that still waiting.

Thanks To God. After 5 long years waiting, Finally got approved. RD 1/28/2002 ND 1/28/2002 FD 4/20/2002 Just got an email from my attorney and my company's legal dept. Seems TSC still alive and keeps moving. The light is ahead. Good luck to all of you.
