My RD is April 2003 concurrent filling. I don't know if I am EB2 or 3 (I think 3), no interview, just one rfe(evl, tax,pay stubs...) and three weeks later approval. Wife approval still pending. I made an appointment in Cherry Hill for stamping. Hope this help.
