Agree It becomes frustrating when you see others after you get cleared and you don\'t have clue. How do we find out what\'s happening?

MY Notice date is 12/14/2000. I am seeing cases approved for february, March 2001. Surprised. Anybody knows what\'s happening? I am trying to call the number since yesterday, but it is just ringing. When do they update IRV?
