Reasonable Time I am thinking about filling WOM to adjudicate AOS that has been pending in name check for 12 months. Is 12 months too early to file? If so can you tell me what courts considered to be unreasonable time for AOS petition. Background: CIS approved by I-140 about 12 months ago...
