No Title The company who did my I-140 was brought by another company. Therefore, my 485 was filed with new company name. I didn\'t file I-140 amendment or anything. Do I have to apply I-140 again? Please advise.

No Title My wife was pregnant when we completed the medical Test and we were missing immunization Schedule. INS wants us to have complete immunization recommended by the doctor. I think , after you submit the RFE they are going to process your application quickly. Good luck
