VSC is now processing cases with RD August 15, 99. Atleast thats what we know. We have seen some September, 99 RD cases approved also. But way VSC is moving (reason may be lots of application in August, 99 and September, 99), it will take may be 3-6 months before VSC can process October, 99...

VSC has recently slowed down in 485 processing. We did not see many approvals lately. Do you think it is because of the election uncertainity? VSC has been processing 8/99 RD cases for last 2/3 months. We saw some 9/99 approvals but those applicants must be really lucky. Looks like it will...

My EAD expires in December. 2000. Can I go to local INS office and renew it? If not, how long does it take to renew it from VSC. Thanks for your answer.

No Title Hi Mike. What do you mean by your case is 245(i). I have seen many posting about getting employment letter RFE and Georgraphic form. This is normal. Dont worry about it. But can you please explain "case is 245(i)." What is your RD-ND?

Prediction- 9/99, 10/99, 11/99, 12/99 RD VSC is moving very slowly. We saw some 9/99 RD approvals but looks like it will take few more months before VSC touches cases filed after 8/99. Any comments.
