interim EAD with concurrent processing
Fingerprinting has not been done. I heard at TSC fingerprinting is taking about one year from the receipt date of I485. My I140 has not been approved yet. The receipt date is 10/31/02 both for 485 and 765. Thanks.- rboehliat

hi fellas, my case is of I-485/I-140 concurrent filing at TSC. the I-765 (for my wife, currently on H4) receipt says it will take 80days to process it. next week the 80 days period will be over. does anyone of you know if we can go the local INS office and get an interim EAD for her after the...- rboehliat
