Could somebody explain the new memo which came out today about the extension of medical exam. The expiration date is extended to january 2006 but it says it is for concurrent filers. How about for people who filed their I140 and I485 before the concurrent filling was allowed??.

Contact your congressman once a month about this matter and when he gets tired of you then contact your senator. This is the only thing you can do right now. I know it is frustrating but it is better than waiting for the interview letter. Good Luck
