Could some one tell me about informing the local office(arlington office) about change of job. Should one wait for the interview to tell them that you have changed jobs or you have to tell them right away. Hopefully somebody can shed some light on this subject. This info is for a friend.
Great News congratulations. Now you can take that very well deserved vacation. I have a friend who was working two jobs(one with an investment management firm and one at a gas station because of his sponsorship). He got his green card last year.
Could somebody explain the new memo which came out today about the extension of medical exam. The expiration date is extended to january 2006 but it says it is for concurrent filers. How about for people who filed their I140 and I485 before the concurrent filling was allowed??.
Contact your congressman once a month about this matter and when he gets tired of you then contact your senator. This is the only thing you can do right now. I know it is frustrating but it is better than waiting for the interview letter.
