I-140/I-485 and marriage
I am on H1B. My I-94 is valid till May 2004. My company's lawyer had filed for my I-140/I-485 in June 2003 along with EAD and Advance Parole. Lawyer got the receipts from BCIS for I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 in July 2003. I did not get EAD or Advance Parole yet. My questions are: 1 -...- skhan
