Hi, I am on H1 and have applied to I-485 and AP. I hv rcd. the acceptance from Vermont for my AP. They say it will take about 30 - 45 days for it to come thru. I am scheduled to go out of the country .. and my h1 (visa) has expired (i did not renew it thinking i wud be using AP to travel)...
