Waiting for I-485
My I-485's approval has been pending since 3/02 (INS Texas). Since it takes at least 2- 2/1/2 years prior to its approval, I want to move to CA. Aside from an employement letter from the new employer and a newly filed H1 visa by the new employer, what else is needed? Any ideas?- ellygan
