Ok Passport and card applied - today
I was not expecting them to keep my US citizen certificate
I did make a copy but they asked for the original and kept it.

what do you mean over 31 ? (yes im 43 now) - I was 26 + 3 months when i was granted PR (green card)
Im relieved in a way that i dont have to go and search or BEG my old employer whom Im not crazy about getting a letter stating my employment dates and was under H1-B...

Worked Under Practical training from Jan 1992 and applied for H1-B work permit and received it sometime in 1992. Dont have record of when.

Question on FP
I notice that some have completed the FP prior to the FP date in the NOA
Can the FP be done prior to the date and do i have to still be present on the date on the NOA for FP. Will getting the FP done earlier speeds up the process or assist / expedite it in anyways ?
