Topic: H4 stamping, H1 papers validity
Hi all, I am on H4 visa and applied for H1B. I got H1 approval starting from Oct1st 2005. Now I am planning to go to India. And My H4 also expired on passport. Can I go for H4 Stamping and comeback to USA with H4 on return before Oct1st? Will it effect my H1 Approval. Any help would be...- vally
