EAD and Tax returns
Hi... My wife is on L2 and she has applied for EAD and it is in processing state. I have to file my tax returns before Apr 15th 2006. I have already claimed my wife as a dependent in my 2005 w-2. Looks like the EAD will come in 4 weeks. After that, I have to apply for my wife's SSN...- KK2129
