Update on BCIS Website After looking at current 485 processing date 25 March 2004 and comparing it with 2004 tracker, it seems be correct. In this month, current "FP done and 140 approved" 485 filers should get approvals sooooon...

FP's in VA Region Still waiting for FP... I saw 2 persons getting FP Notice in VA region. 485 ND in 07/04.

I-140 RFE's I think that VSC has moved date from Feb-04 to Dec-04 by issuing mass RFE on all those I-140. So that they show current processing date more current.

Wait And Watch I think that I will wait till next update. In the past USCIS has reverted back processing dates, given 10 months jump from Feb To Dec. Also correct me if I am wrong, 140 request need to be done by company attorney. For guys who are not able to see new page...

Funny EB2 - 140 DATE DEC 16 2004 I think that USCIS is funny. finished 10 months work in less than 10 days. (they are just trying to fool other by approving some latest cases and claiming current date is Dec 16 2004) Anyway No FP Notice, No 140 Approval yet.
