Copy should be ok. If for any reason security person does not allow you go inside, talk to manager inside and explain the situation to officer. they will allow you. (if you have original 485 receipt notice take that as proof) along with EAD, Driver License/Passport. Good Luck

Security Issue Problem is putting SSN, DOB and Address information in email which is not secure. With current indentity theft trend minimum but required information needs to be send. (Atleast in email format).. So be really careful.. send it only if it is really required..
