MaviP I had originally filed for regular labor from Kansas in Aug 2001. But with Kansas stopping all regular processing, I was able to convince my company to go with RIR in Jan 2004. We filed the RIR sometime in mid 2004 and my case went to Chic Dol in August 2004.

Question on moving of backlogs to BRC what is the criteria for moving backlogs to the BRC. If Aug 20 is the date, then does it mean that all cases from Dec 18 thru Aug 20 will be moved to BRC and applications from Aug 21 will be processed at Chic Dol?
