Name muddled on the H1-B
When I received my H1-B a couple of months ago, I noticed that my name turned up with my first and middle names exchanged. I believe this is going to be a problem. Is the process of rectifying this a simple one? If so, and if not, what is one to do? Thanks.- h/w

h1b holder wants to move to another state
Thanks great_guru for the quick reply. So, since only an H1B Transfer is required, and the lawyer insists on getting a new one filed, would it be advisable to: 1. do the paper-work on my own? How easy would it be? (I'm understandably not happy to know that I have been misinformed by the...- h/w

h1b holder wants to move to another state
Hello all. I currently am an H1B holder in the state of TX, and am looking to move to NY. After looking at the various forum threads, I am under the impression that an H1B Transfer is to be done. My current H1B was filed and received last August and hence is valid for a few more years...- h/w
