Is H1 extension possible if labour filed 365th day
Hi, My labour was filed on 07-DEC-2004 and my H1 expires on 07-DEC-2005. Can someone please advise if I am eligible to get H1 extension? I have counted the number of days between these two dates. It's 364 if I exclude both the above mentioned dates. That's the reason, I am little worried...- YouCanWin
