Based on my experience in these forums, I can make an educated guess. My guess would be 5 to 8 months of processing time for audited cases. (after response is sent to DOL for audit query).

Try this tracker: http://www.nriweb.com/atlantapermtracker.php Audit cases take several weeks to several months for processing. The longest timeframe I have heard is almost a year. There is nobody who can predict the timeframes. My guess is that it is all dependent on luck.

No need to interview the candidates if they do not meet the minimum job requirements (min. education or min. experience requirements). Interviews are normally conducted if candidates are minimally qualified for the job (if the min. edu/exp req'ts are satisfied).

Yes it is true. MS+2 = SVP Level 8. BS+5 is also SVP Level 8. According to DOL, both MS+2 and BS+5 are "substantially equivalent" since both fall in SVP Level 8.

Yes, if your job is in NY, then it gets processed by Atlanta PERM Center.
