can my husband's status affect my H1B?
Hi, sorry if I was not clear enough the first time around. The organization I am working for is not under the quota requirement, so we can file now. My husband has first entered on an F-1 visa, I believe. Has never filed anything.- Ayla

oh, I see. You know, I would probably go ahead and take 12 credits to be a full time to stay on the safe side. As far as I understand, if you don't take 12 credits while on F-1, you are not legal. What if you will be applying for a green card later on? These lousy couple of months might...- Ayla

OPT/H1B gap Have you heard about the 60-day grace period? My lawyer told me I have 60 days after my OPT expires to just hang without traveling and working and still be legal. Good luck!- Ayla
