    Atlanta GA - N-400 Timeline

Wow.....Almost 50 days after the finger-printing. ADO is so tardy. What can I say!

    Somebody trashed the April spreadsheet

That's awesome, pal. Also, do you think one of us can volunteer to just keep mailing the entire spreadsheet to an email account in Excel format (from Google Docs), so that we can reinstate it easily? Just a thought, but as Google Docs has a revision-tracking, it is always there....Just a thought.

    Somebody trashed the April spreadsheet

Man, while I am not a big fan of people venting out at fora like this, I really should say that I had a hilarious laughter after seeing this one. AlSouthner, that was one heckuva hilarious posting, dude. At least makes the loss, less painful, you know. FunTastic. :-)

Hey pal - Saw you're in my vicinity for ADO :-) I haven't heard anything after the FP, although, I did a walk-in. I think ADO is processing only April and May filers and we may need to await for another 20 days or so! I don't even see a LUD on my case after the FP that was done almost 3 weeks ago.

HELP : need to withdraw N-400 for applying too early?!

Agreed. I would exhort admins to put this as a sticky-note, if it's not done already.

HELP : need to withdraw N-400 for applying too early?!

Thanks, JackOLantern. You straightened me out, as I was getting confused after reading a couple of other situations in other fora. Thread # 17 was a good pointer. Thanks. So, you are also of the opinion that if the PD and/or RD is within 90-day window, then it's not risky.. I subscribe to that...

HELP : need to withdraw N-400 for applying too early?!

JackOLantern --> In this case, this guy's PD and RD is within 90 days, whereas the postmarked date and the signature-date is OUTSIDE of the 90 days limit. Is that right? If so, you think he needs to withdraw although his PD and RD is within 90 days? Sorry, if I am lost, because, I think I am...

That's what I was hinting at too, when I said, 'obiter' :-)

    My interveiw experience

I thought the interviews were done in the Downtown office for Atlanta. I didn't know they are conducted off the La Vista road exit in I-285. That's something that I noticed in your note, SethuMadhavan.

HELP : need to withdraw N-400 for applying too early?!

This may be an obiter or a personal opinion at best. But, to "denaturalize" a citizen isn't a piece of cake as alluded herein, much the least, due to an oversight on the part of USCIS. So, I respectfully disagree with this piece of advice. And, I second the notion of givepeoplehope, not that I...

    2010 June N-400 tracker

Check the tracker spreadsheet. The delay could be due to the District Office as well as the priority date. Even in my case, status quo continues without any update. Even my LUD still remains as it was when a similar message for FP was updated.

HELP : need to withdraw N-400 for applying too early?!

Let's be clear about this! Just so that everybody else is clear, for posterity sake, let us address this question, resoundingly clear: What is THE main date that is used as a criterion for the 90-day rule?? Is it the Mail Delivery Date of N-400 at lockbox/NBC that should be within 90 days...

    Can you do this?

I agree. As a FYI, after 2.5 weeks of early walk-in FP, nothing has happened to my case. Not even a LUD. My friend wen for FP last Tuesday as originally scheduled for him and even he doesn't see any update. So. As jayoa says, it may or may not help get an earlier interview-call, but some folks...

slan - Your Question was 100% Valid At times, it is disappointing to see such bullying, but then, may be the other friend wasn't in a good mood. That much said, your question, once used to be a popular question with a sticky at the 485-issues thread somewhere around 2002-2003. So, to presume...

slan - You owe no explanation! Just ask the other dude to stick it in. @slan - You owe no explanation in this forum. Those who ride the high horse will do well to know the netiquette of this forum. People like us ask questions and we answer them, if we know and want to share them. That's it...

Dude, with all due respect, who do you think you are? People have questions and they ask. If you have the answer, give it, or just go browse a different thread. Besides Local District Office, it may also depend on 90 days prior to 3-yr or 5-yr ripening date Besides local District Office workload, is it not true that those folks, who filed 90 days before their 5-year or 3-year completion, will have a longer wait time after FP completion? In other words...

That is quote on quote what it says for me too. It was a FP notice. I have done my FP too. Still my status isn't updated in the site. I did NOT receive any other notice from USCIS.
