After receiving GC , does Employer have to start LC rate that same day and does he have to pay all 100% as per what was mentioned on LC ???
Or he can pay 75% ? how does this work ?

Same Situation
Same here as well , Visa cut off Date is after my PD and TSC is working on 06/20 485 and my file was received on 06/03 and up to this moment haven't seen any updates etc ....
I think this name check thing is such a pain in ..... after waiting so long you still have to wait...
John-They normally not suppose to request for SSN , only DL and P-of-I that's it , so don't worry just go about your way as normal .
They also can't see your SSN on there CPU since they only have access to your driving record only .

What is your PD ? How did you filed EB 1/2/3 ?
Is your Visa date current ? sometime we think it's the Name check Etc but most of the time is either Regional is not working on Cases with your RD , or visas are not current as per your PD .

Yes PD very old way back in the 01, I'll just go thru the renwal process on the EAD , and see what happes on the Approval for 485 , Since there is so much Back log on 485 not sure when I'll get an LUD.

I just noticed on Visa Bulletin for Jan 06 EB3 Moved to 04/01 and my PD is 03/19 , also TSC is working on 06/13 cases and my was received on 06/03 , FP was done on 08/02/05 , should I expect some news soon on my case ???
Also my EAD will be expiring on 06/06 and normally one needs to apply 6...

I Have Just Notice The Jan Update On Visas , I Have A Pd Of 03/01 And The Visa Cut Shows 04/01 Aslo Tsc Is Working On Rd Of 06/13 And I Have A Rd Of 06/03 So I Guess I Should Be Getting Some News Soon Keeping My Fingers Crossed .
